Project costs generally depend on the service type you require and the size of the plot you need it carried out for. Most of our services are able to be carried out by a one-man team, ensuring overheads are kept low, and all prices are agreed upfront. This helps avoid any unwanted fees.
We'll always aim to find out your exact delivery requirements before any project. That said, for most surveys we carry out both digital and traditional paper copies of all surveys are suppled. Our land surveys are supplied in AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) digital format. If a particular format happens to be required then please feel free to discuss this with us.

If you are unable to reach a resolution with the initial surveyor that did the work, you are free to gain a second opinion. If you hire Davies Land Surveyors for a boundary dispute it's best to let us know at the start of the project so we can understand the overall context and make sure careful attention is paid to any potential issues which needs resolving.
Once we ascertain your needs and the type of survey you require, we'll make it clear the information we require from you. This may include: he deed of your property, any previous surveys and any information about disagreements over the location of boundaries of the land.
